Approximately 20 manual lathes and mills handle one-off and specialized custom work alongside the CNC fleet.

In-house CAD/CAM software bridges design to manufacturing — accurate programs, tight tolerances, and engineering review on every part.
Non-Destructive Testing
Certified fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals — included at no cost per ASTM specifications.
24-Hour AOG Response
We pioneered the 24-hour turnaround concept for AOG situations. In-stock materials and dedicated cells let us start production immediately.
